Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Attendance boundaries of all public high schools in Wyandotte County, KS, furnished as a polygon feature GIS dataset in Esri shapefile (.shp) format, in Kansas North State Plane coordinates, NAD83 datum, and units are in feet.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>These polygons delineate student attendance areas for each public high school. Encoded with each high school attendance polygon is attribution of respective middle school and elementary school assignments for that attendance area. </SPAN><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Private schools </SPAN><SPAN>are not included.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Companion datasets are available for middle schools and elementary schools.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Boundary information was obtained by GSS from each respective school district and compiled into this countywide dataset. Boundaries have been reviewed by most school districts and are considered authoritative, but not to a legal or survey standard.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Attribution includes USD number and high school name. No other school- or district-related tabular information is included. An additional attribute for County is included because Bonner Springs District (USD204) is in both Wyandotte and Leavenworth counties.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
